Three things I wish I knew when I started my business.
Join Michelle Risi for some valuable advice on working with people, running a business and avoiding the entrepreneurial traps.
In this episode, Michelle shares 3 pieces of advice she wished she was given when she started out in business.
1 - Don't compete. ALIGN.
I see too many agents benchmarking their progress and success against other agents. If you're always looking outside of yourself, how will you ever know how close you are to YOUR goals and dreams.
2. There's no such thing as THE truth. There's only YOUR truth.
Your world is shaped based on your perspectives. Just because something appears to be one way, doesn't mean it's the only way. Be open to changing the way you look at things.
3. Progress over Perfection.
If you never take the first step, you'll never see results. People will judge. Mistakes will be made. You won't always win. But if you let those fears hold you back, you'll never create the life you want.
YOU have the answers.
YOU have the power.
YOU are the key to your success.
